Nestled in the rolling hills of east Tennessee, Ooltewah (meaning "owl's nest" and pronounced "OOL-tuh-wah") sits between Chattanooga and Cleveland along the base of White Oak Mountain. Hampton Cove is conveniently less than 10 minutes from I-75 as well grocery stores, restaurants, great schools, shopping and adjacent to The Ooltewah Club, a private club and golf course.

Here to Serve the Community
The Hampton Cove Homeowners Association is active and works to maintain aesthetics and property values as well as help the community function smoothly.
The Association hosts a number of social events throughout the year as well as an Annual Meeting of its membership held in the first quarter of the year. A board of volunteer directors govern the Association. The Board of Directors is elected by the community and, together with a group of appointed officers, oversee the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association. The Board is also responsible for maintaining members’ compliance with the established covenants and restrictions of the community.

The Association partnered with GCM Community Management to provide full-service management including overseeing day-to-day operations of the Association (financial, administrative, covenant compliance and contractor services) as well as serve as the single point of contact for Hampton Cove residents. Residents have direct access to a property manager as well as a 24/7 answering service for emergencies.
